Our Process
A rigorous, collaborative method that carries each project from first conversation to the final handover and beyond.
Concept
We begin with listening. Site visits, client conversations, and precedent studies inform a rigorous brief that defines the spatial, material, and programmatic intent before any drawing begins. Sketch studies and physical models test fundamental ideas before they commit to paper.
Design Development
Concepts are tested, refined, and made buildable. We develop detailed design drawings, material palettes, and structural coordination in close collaboration with engineers and consultants. Every decision is justified against the original brief and the building's long-term performance.
Documentation
Comprehensive construction documents translate design intent into precise technical instructions. Our documentation is known for its clarity and completeness, reducing site ambiguity and enabling competitive, accurate tendering from quality contractors and specialist trades.
Construction Administration
We remain active throughout construction, conducting regular site inspections, reviewing shop drawings, and managing contractor queries. Our presence on site ensures the built work is faithful to the design intent, and that quality is maintained to the last junction, finish, and fixture.
