Phase 01

Discovery

We begin by listening — to you, your market, your competitors, and your customers. Stakeholder interviews, brand audit, and competitor mapping reveal exactly where your opportunity lives. Deliverables: Brand Audit Report, Competitive Landscape, Positioning Opportunity Map.

Phase 02

Strategy

We define where you'll play and how you'll win. Brand positioning, personality attributes, core messaging hierarchy, and audience personas are locked down here. Every downstream decision is checked against the Brand Strategy Document we produce in this phase.

Phase 03

Design

Visual and verbal identity systems built with rigour. Every logo, colour, type choice, and pattern is designed to function across all touchpoints. We prototype and iterate until the system is airtight. Deliverables: Full Identity System, Design Rationale, Prototype Mockups.

Phase 04

Launch
