FORM // 2026 takes place August 31 to September 2, 2026 at the Berlin Exhibition Centre (Messe Berlin), Messedamm 22, 14055 Berlin, Germany. Doors open at 09:00 each day.

All passes grant full three-day access to every talk across Tracks A, B, and C, plus the Opening Night reception, conference materials, and the networking app. Pro and Studio passes add reserved workshop seats, the Speaker Dinner, digital recordings, and the Award Ceremony. See the Tickets section for a full breakdown.

Early Bird rates are available until July 17, 2026. After that date, all passes revert to standard pricing. We strongly recommend booking early as the 2,000 capacity sells out every year.

Tickets are fully transferable at no cost up to 14 days before the event. Refunds (minus a 10% handling fee) are available until June 30, 2026. After that date, transfers only. Studio passes can reassign individual attendees within the same organization at any time.

Yes. Students with a valid university ID receive 40% off the General Pass. Groups of 10 or more qualify for a 20% discount on any pass type. Email hello@formconference.com to request discount codes before purchasing.

Pro and Studio pass holders receive access to the full digital recordings library within four weeks of the event. Individual sessions may be released publicly on a rolling basis six months after the conference. General pass holders can purchase recordings separately.

The Berlin Exhibition Centre is served directly by the U2 subway line (Kaiserdamm station, 3-minute walk). From Berlin Hauptbahnhof, take the S-Bahn to Zoologischer Garten then transfer to the U2. A shuttle bus runs between the three partner hotels and the venue every 30 minutes from 08:00 each conference day.
