VOLTSTORM is an 18+ event. Valid government-issued photo ID is required at entry for all attendees. No exceptions will be made at the gates. Under-18 patrons will be refused entry without refund.

Small bags up to A4 size (approx. 30cm × 21cm) are permitted and will be searched on entry. Large backpacks, suitcases, and hard-sided containers are not allowed. Clear plastic bags are recommended to speed up security checks.

Yes, re-entry is permitted on the same day with a valid wristband and ticket scan. Your wristband must remain intact and on your wrist at all times. Lost, cut, or tampered wristbands will not be replaced and cannot be used for re-entry.

Artist schedules are subject to change without notice. In the event of a cancellation or substitution, VOLTSTORM will make every effort to source a replacement act of equivalent quality. Lineup changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund unless the event is cancelled in its entirety.

Blackfield Arena is fully accessible. Dedicated viewing platforms are available at all three stages, and accessible restrooms are positioned throughout the site. A companion ticket can be arranged at no additional charge. Contact our accessibility team at access@voltstorm.com before the event to arrange assistance.

There is no on-site camping at Blackfield Arena. However, VOLTSTORM has partnered with several nearby campgrounds in the greater Melbourne area offering shuttle services to and from the festival gates. Details and booking links are available on the Travel page of this site.

All food, beverage, and merchandise vendors at VOLTSTORM operate on a cashless card system. Visa, Mastercard, and contactless payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay) are accepted site-wide. Cash will not be accepted. Top-up kiosks for a prepaid festival card are located near each entrance gate.

Bring your e-ticket or printed ticket, valid photo ID, a small bag (A4 or under), sunscreen, earplugs, a portable phone charger, and layers for temperature changes between day and night sets. Sealed water bottles are permitted. Leave glass, aerosols, professional cameras, and illegal substances at home — all prohibited items will be confiscated at entry.
