Do I need to be spiritual?
No. Many clients arrive curious and unsure. We start where you are.
What happens in a Reiki session?
You lie fully clothed on a treatment table while I channel energy with light or hovering touch. Most people feel deeply relaxed.
Do you work online?
Yes. Coaching, readings and distance Reiki run over video from anywhere. In-person Reiki is in Melbourne.
Is this a replacement for therapy?
No. This work complements, and never replaces, medical or mental health care.
