"I applied to 40 jobs with my old portfolio and heard nothing. Six weeks after the rewrite I had four interviews and one offer."

Daniel Okafor Product Designer, fintech startup, Lagos

"The critique round alone was worth the price. Maya found the exact sentence where my case study lost people."

Sofia Marchetti UX Designer, agency, Milan

"Went from 'we'll keep your resume on file' to negotiating a senior title. The salary scripts in module 8 paid for the course ten times over."

Asked before, answered honestly

Is this course right for total beginners?
Yes, if you have at least one project to work with, even a student or self-initiated one. The course assumes you know basic design tools but assumes nothing about portfolio strategy. If you have never designed anything yet, start with a fundamentals course first and come back.
How much time do I need each week?
Plan on 2 to 3 hours weekly for eight weeks. Each module is 36 to 63 minutes of video plus a project assignment. Students with a deadline (an interview loop, a layoff, a visa window) often compress it into four weeks.
How does the personal critique work?
In module 7 you submit your strongest case study through the course portal. Maya records a 15 to 20 minute video review within five business days, then reviews your rewrite in a second round. It is asynchronous, so time zones do not matter.
What if my best work is under NDA?
Module 2 covers exactly this. You will learn three legitimate ways to show NDA work: redaction, recreation with dummy data, and process-only case studies. About a third of students are in this situation.
Does the payment plan change what I get?
No. The 3 x $77 plan unlocks the entire course on day one, including critique rounds. The only difference is the total price ($231 versus $197) and when you pay it.
How does the 30-day guarantee actually work?
Email support within 30 days of purchase from the address you enrolled with. We refund to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. No questions, no forms, and your course access simply ends.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes, a verifiable certificate of completion once you finish all eight modules. That said, the hiring managers in module 1 will tell you the portfolio itself is the credential that matters.

Your next application deserves a better portfolio.
