Light & Dark Scheme Available

Canvas offers a first-class light and dark theming system that lets you switch your site's visual mode with a single class on the body element. Both schemes are designed by professionals and refined across hundreds of component variations to ensure contrast ratios meet WCAG accessibility guidelines. The dark mode is not simply an inverted palette — it uses carefully selected surface colors, adjusted shadow depths, and purpose-tuned text colors that reduce eye strain in low-light environments while maintaining full readability. Interactive states — hover, focus, and active — are individually tuned for each scheme so animations and transitions always feel natural. You can also mix light and dark sections within a single page by applying the scheme class to individual sections, giving you precise creative control over your layout.
