We will give you a written figure within two business days, based on the last six comparable sales on your street rather than on what other homes are asking. The number is advice, not a valuation for a bank, and there is no charge for it.
Yes. Around half of what we sell never reaches a portal. We run a register of 41 buyers, and a property can be sold privately between our office and one of them without any public advertising at all.
Our median from campaign launch to settlement is 68 days. Homes priced correctly in the first fortnight have been settling in under three months since 2024.
